Blow molds

Blow molds are relatively easier to manufacture than injection molds, but they go through the same manufacturing stages: taking accurate measurements, drawing the product using SolidWorks, specifying the materials, and executing the programming for the milling machine using the Power Mill program.

Product design

We have an engineering team with over 12 years of experience in engineering design, using 3D design software such as SolidWorks, MasterCam, and PowerMill.


Template design

Plastic samples are received from the client and their dimensions are accurately measured using precise digital measuring tools. They are then drawn using SolidWorks and the shrinkage of the material used is calculated in preparation for implementation.

mold manufacturing

After. The product is drawn and designed on SolidWorks. The mold manufacturing method is determined to suit the nature of the product and the client's requests and needs. The team begins issuing a list of the required materials in preparation for manufacturing the mold on the CNC milling machine after programming the machine using the Power Mill program.

injection molding

Injection molds are among the most difficult types of molds to manufacture, requiring extensive engineering expertise and meticulous attention to detail at every stage of the injection mold manufacturing life cycle.

In some cases, a 3D model can be provided to the customer so that the design can be approved and matched to the desired product before moving on to the CNC manufacturing and milling process.


Stamp filing

This is considered the most important process and stage in mold manufacturing and comes after completing the core and cavity drilling stages on the CNC milling machine. This is where the die cooler comes in. It will assemble the two parts and prepare the die for operation on the plastic injection machine for injection dies and on the blowing machine for blowing dies.

Laser cutting and welding

Some injection molds and blow molds require wirecutting and spark cutting, which is essential for molds requiring extremely fine details. Our company provides this service when needed.

Productive lathe

We have a TCK56 production lathe equipped with a fourth axle and bar feeder, and it can produce a wide range of cylindrical shapes with high productivity, uniformity, and regularity between each piece produced.


Heat treatment

Our company constantly measures the hardness of the stamps it produces, and if necessary, we have heat treatment furnaces to harden the stamps and increase their hardness so that they can withstand working conditions and increase the number of uses for the stamps.
